Ibn Haldun University Sociology Department is pleased to announce the 4th Sociology Days and Student Research Symposium. Student Research Symposium will be held on May 9-11, 2025, at Ibn Haldun University, Istanbul, Türkiye. This year’s symposium will bring students together to discuss the theme of “Suffering Bodies, Resilience and Resistance”.

Student Research Symposium will be held on May 3-5, 2024, at Ibn Haldun University, Istanbul, Türkiye. This year’s symposium will bring students together to discuss the theme of “Social Conflicts, Wars, Peace and Justice in Today’s World.”
2nd Sociology Days
The symposium will be held on April 28-29-30, 2023, at Ibn Haldun University, Istanbul, Türkiye. This year’s symposium will bring undergraduate and graduate students together to discuss the theme of “Crises and Transitions: Inequality, State, Politics, and Society in the Current World Order.”
1st Sociology Days
Ibn Haldun University Sociology Department, in collaboration with IHU Societal Research and Thought Club, hosted annually planned IHU Sociology Days: Student Research Symposium under the theme of “Social Transformation in the Contemporary World: Time, Pace, and Space” which was held on May 20th – 22nd, 2022 at Ibn Haldun University, Istanbul, Türkiye.
